It features a cocktail reception, dinner, curated live auction, and special performances. Past performances include Neil Young, kd Lang, Elvis Costello, Donna Summer, Heart, Stevie Nicks, Gladys Knight, Sheryl Crow, and of course Sir Elton John.

The 2017 event was a celebration of 25 years of the Elton John AIDS Foundation and the momentous occasion was held in the beautiful Cathedral of St. John the Divine. The night featured Aretha Franklin’s last public performance.
